We have used onefinestay often and they are the first place I check when we decide we are going abroad. The properties are lovely, as pictured and the welcome is great. The support during a stay is wonderful - we have used them for many year and from time to time things have happened (ovens not working, thermostats needing batteries) as would happen in any home and they are fantastically responsive and quick to provide a remedy. We enjoy working with the booking team as well. onefinestay is a keeper in our book!
