• Mandatory Electricity, heating and A/C cost is due with balance payment:
• Damage Liability: €4,000
• Visitor’s tax: The Italian government might require the payment of a Visitor’s Tax (approximately €1.50 - €5.00 per person, per day, depending on the location) and may be applied for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable locally, in Euro cash.
• Cook service – No third-party suppliers allowed: the services will be provided by the villa management and in-house staff
• Non-smoking villa
• Pet allowed at owner’s discretion with extra house cleaning
• All extras must be paid in cash locally, prior to departure
• No parties, weddings or large gatherings are allowed at the property without previous written permission. The property may not, at any time, be occupied by more guests than contracted. Rates are based on occupancy, and additional fees may apply.
• Incidental charges such as gratuities, cribs, extra beds, grocery pre-stocking, etc., must be paid before leaving the property. Unpaid charges and/or unpaid utilities (where applicable) cannot be deducted from the security deposit.
