Home Truths

• The security deposit for this villa will be equivalent to one night’s rental rate.

• Shifting tides and weather patterns can cause the shoreline to vary from website images. Additionally, beaches may seasonally experience seaweed. For further details, please inquire directly.

• Identification for all guests must be provided at least 48 hours before arrival. A resort registration fee (not included in the rental rate) is due upon arrival. This fee provides each guest with a Casa de Campo ID card for resort and facility access.

• Any staff services requested outside 8:30 am to 5:00 pm will incur an additional fee. Additionally, please be aware that the property staff primarily speaks Spanish.

• The reservation holder must be 26 years or older.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
