A. Pasha Beachfront Estate is a family-oriented property in a family-oriented community.
B. Please maintain noise levels for neighbours and wildlife, especially after 10 PM. Please ensure noise is turned off or minimized with no exceptions.
C. Drug consumption on the property is forbidden.
D. Smoking is not permitted in the buildings. Please smoke only outdoors.
E. Please be advised that security cameras are placed around Pasha Beachfront Estate as part of the Vigilance Program.
F. Please be advised that Costa Rican power is in a state of transition and power outages can occur without notice. In this case, Pasha Beachfront Estate has two electric generators that will connect momentarily.
G. Pets are not permitted inside the property, except for service animals. Please refer to the “Service Animals” section.
H. Please do not feed wild animals as they might get sick.
I. Do not leave any food, purses, or backpacks unattended due to wild animals. Ensure the bar, barbecue, and all refrigerator areas are closed before leaving.
J. Do not take the property of Pasha Beachfront Estate outside of the property except for umbrellas and beach towels during a Tour.
K. Any missing personal items left outside the safety box are the Guest’s responsibility.
L. The Guests are in charge of their own personal safety and must follow the security protocols at all times.
