Home Truths

• This home offers a contact-free check-in system. A personal meet-and-greet will not be provided.

• The second bedroom can be set up as a king bed or two twin beds. Please let your Travel Advisor know your preferences upon booking.

• Four guests can sleep comfortably in this home. Two additional guests can be accommodated on the queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

• This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening the windows after the sun goes down and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
