Home Truths

• Please note, Bedroom 5 features two bunk beds with two Queen beds (lower) and two Double/Full beds (upper), in addition to a Double/Full size sofa futon. Bedroom 6 has one bunk bed with Twin/Single beds (upper and lower) and one Twin Trundle bed.

• Please note, a security deposit equal to one night’s rent will be collected in advance of arrival and is refundable after departure, pending an inspection of the property.

• Please note, there is construction in the neighborhood of this villa. Please inquire for more details.

• Please note there is a Club Punta Mita Access Fee which will go into effect as of January 6, 2026. A flat, per-person fee per stay will apply for stays of up to 30 days. The fee must be paid prior to arrival, as it is required for the issuance of access cards. Please inquire with a Destination Specialist for further details before booking.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
