Please note that the minimum age of all guests is 25 (children traveling with parents excluded). Excessive noise is not permitted at any time during your stay. As the villa is located in a gated community, there is a designated Quiet Time from 10 pm - 9 am. Noise or other disturbing behavior after 10 pm may result in a fine.

Please note that the security deposit required for this villa is 25% of the total price of the rental, with a minimum security deposit of $1000.
