House Rules
We are located in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it's home to many people. As such, we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10pm and 7am noise should be kept to a minimum.
We understand accidents can occur! If anything is damaged, please inform us promptly. For minor incidents, charges are usually waived. For larger damages, we'll discuss costs with you before your departure to avoid any later issues. Thank you!
This is a smoke-free home. No smoking of any substance, including vaping.
The Renter, all members of the rental party and anyone else the Renter permits on the property understand and agree to the following:
- This home uses a septic system, please do not flush toilet paper, sanitary products, wipes, paper towels, or anything else other than human waste.
- Turn off the air conditioner each time you leave the house. Electricity is very expensive in the area. Please be mindful to use the air conditioners only when you are at home. Please do not leave it running when no one is at the house.
- All sports equipment, vehicles, bicycles and beach gear rented by the renter during their stay must be returned by the guest. The Property Manager is not responsible for the return of or coordinating the return of rentals items
- Renter shall keep the property in a clean and responsible condition, all furnishings in good order and use appliances for their intended uses only
ID Check
Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.
Deposit
Upon your arrival we will secure a $1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
