Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: from 4:00 PM. We'll meet you at the home on arrival at your convenience.

Check-out: by 10:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

House Rules

Check-in time: every day from 4pm to 9pm.
Please note, a late check-in fee of €50 will be applied for arrivals after 9pm. If you check in after midnight, a fee of €100 will be incurred.

This is a non-smoking property.
Pets are not allowed in this property.

General House Rules

  • Smoke-free home – Smoking (including vaping) is not permitted inside or in the outdoor areas.
  • No pets – This is a pet-free home due to allergy considerations.
  • Please respect the residential community.
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

Accidents & Damages

  • If anything is broken or damaged, please inform us promptly.
  • Minor damages are usually not charged.
  • For major damages (e.g. TV, furniture, appliances), repair or replacement costs will be discussed before check-out.

Home Care & Use

  • In case of bad weather, please close umbrellas and bring cushions indoors.
  • Garbage: Please dispose of waste daily.

Dining Table

  • Use tablecloths when dining.
  • Do not use the table for ironing (an ironing board is provided).
  • Use trivets for hot pots and pans to protect surfaces.

Home Truths

  • This house does not accept groups of young people (Up to 25 years).

  • The house is provided with special plugs suitable for charging electric cars (7,5 KW).

  • Please note that the owner resides in a separate house in the estate with their own private entrance and garden. Please also note that the owner performs the weekly maintenance of the garden and pool area on Saturdays.

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a €1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
