• Shifting tides and weather patterns can cause the shoreline to vary from website images. Additionally, beaches may seasonally experience seaweed. For further details, please inquire directly with a Destination Specialist.

• Please note, there is a day bed in the media room that can be converted into a queen-size bed for one additional guest. Please note this extra sitting room/bedroom does not have full closets and is not comparable to the other three bedrooms in the villa.

• Please note that while we strive to maintain all amenities in perfect working condition, Jacuzzis and hot tubs cannot be guaranteed. These units contain complex parts that may occasionally break down and can be challenging to replace promptly. We appreciate your understanding.

• Please note, a complimentary driver is included for stays of seven nights or more.

• For rentals requiring a damage deposit exceeding $3,500 (typically 10% of the rental rate), an additional refundable deposit will be collected. This amount will be returned to guests, provided no damages occur during their stay.

• For all stays during the festive period (December 19, 2026 to January 2, 2027), full payment is required 120 days in advance. Bookings not fully paid by this date are subject to cancellation. Please inquire for more information.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $2000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
