Housekeeping service: €25 per hour

Change of bed linen: €25 per set/per change

Cook service – No third-party suppliers allowed: the services will be provided by the villa management and in-house staff

Cost of food and beverages

Babysitting service, subject to availability: €25 per hour

Porter service on request (to be booked in advance)

NOTES

Damage Liability: €1,000

Mandatory final cleaning: €300 to be paid locally, on arrival

Visitor's tax: The Italian government might require the payment of a Visitor’s Tax (approximately €1.50 –€6.00 per person, per day, depending on the location) and may be applied for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable locally, in Euro cash.

Late check-in fee: €25 per any extra hour between 7:00 pm & 10:00 pm – No arrivals are accepted after 10:00 pm

All extra services must be paid locally, prior to departure unless otherwise arranged
