• Please note there are AC units in each bedroom and living room.

• To ensure a peaceful and respectful experience for all, please keep all noise and music at a reasonable level at all times, especially during Princeville's quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. If there are any complaints or disruptions during the enforced quiet hours period, please note there may be a penalty fined to guests in violation.

• For any extra number of guests, there may be an extra charge that may apply and vary. Please inquire with a Destination Specialist for more information prior to booking.

• There is an extra cost for weekly housekeeping services. Please inquire with a Destination Specialist about the extra cost prior to booking.

• There are external security cameras at this property.

• Please note that if the jacuzzi is left on when not in use, this will incur an extra gas cost and may be charged to you. Please inquire with a Destination Specialist for more information.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
