Home Truths

• Please note, this villa is located within Casa de Campo resort and guests will be required to provide identification for entry.

• The Casa de Campo resort fee is not included with the villa rates.

• Please note, the bunk bedroom may only be used for children. The maximum occupancy for this villa is 8 adults and 8 children.

• Due to the location of the pool in the center of the house, Villa Esfera is not recommended for groups with young children.

• Shifting tides and weather patterns can cause the shoreline to vary from website images. Additionally, beaches may seasonally experience seaweed. For further details, please inquire directly.

• Any staff services requested outside 8:30 am to 5:00 pm will incur an additional fee. Additionally, please be aware that the property staff primarily speaks Spanish.

• The reservation holder must be 26 years or older.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
