House Rules

Swimming Pool
Be careful when wearing flip-flops on wet tile. They have a tendency to make it very slippery!

Please be advised that there is NO fence for the swimming pool area. You are responsible for yourself and all guests and we do not recommend leaving any child unattended at any time. Swim at your own risk.
Rules of the pool include:
NO running
NO diving
NO glassware or bottles
NO food or drink
 
CONSERVE WATER: Our only source of water is rainfall which is caught on the roof and stored in cisterns below the building. Please don't let the water run continuously.

POWER OUTAGES: Lanterns and flashlights are available for your use. DO NOT USE WATER during this time. If you do, the electric pump will run dry, and you will have no water until our maintenance staff come and prime the water pump.

CONSERVE ENERGY: Our electricity rate is one of the highest in the world. Short-term power outages just happen. Please turn A/C units and inside lights off when you leave the villa.

DO NOT PUT ANYTHING BUT TOILET PAPER IN THE TOILET: We have very fragile septic systems. If products other than toilet paper such as, tampons, baby wipes, facial cloths, dental floss, paper towels, and condoms are flushed a blockage could occur. This will result in an interruption of usage of facilities.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
