Home Truths

• Please note that the jacuzzi at Villa Carisa is not a hot tub, it is a heated pool that communicates with the Tub portion of the Pool that is heated at 32-35 degrees. The water is always very warm, but the villa being beach front, and on a very windy beach, the temperature of the water never remains at this temperature when it’s windy.

• Shifting tides and weather patterns can cause the shoreline to vary from website images. Additionally, beaches may seasonally experience seaweed. For further details, please inquire directly.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
