Home Truths

• During Festive season: daily cleaning + breakfast delivery (pastries, coffee, juice, dressed on the table) included.

• Please note that an amount of $1,750 will be charged upon arrival by credit card as a security deposit for the villa. A detailed statement will be provided before any charge is made. Please inquire for more details.

• Please note that a credit card will be required upon check-in for any incidentals exceeding the security deposit amount.

• Shifting tides and weather patterns can cause the shoreline to vary from website images. Additionally, beaches may seasonally experience seaweed. For further details, please inquire directly.

• The villa will be unavailable from April to November 2026 due to the construction of a fifth bedroom.

• New Year’s Eve stays include complimentary housekeeping and a light breakfast.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
