Surrounded by parallel rows of ripe vines, I Colli has beautifully landscaped gardens, full of pristine lawns, vibrant flowers and fragrant bushes. A stunning turquoise infinity pool, complete with cream umbrellas and lavish sun loungers, overlooks the luscious rolling hills. An enchanting stone pathway wends its way through the gardens, leading to a charming sun-flooded terrace with opulent outdoor sofas - an idyllic spot for reading your favourite book or sipping on your morning coffee.

I Colli characterises traditional stone Tuscan architecture, with authentic design balanced by contemporary twists. Pale lemon walls, high ceilings and wooden beams welcome you into a bright sitting room, with an impressive fireplace and plush sofas.

A modern fully equipped kitchen has a vibrant splash of red, with a marble-topped breakfast bar, leading to a stunning al fresco pergola on the terrace, overlooking the spectacular expansive views. Beautiful lampshades hang elegantly above the dining room table, a perfect space for entertaining. Striking glass panels line the shiny marble staircase which leads to a trendy TV room with sweeping leather sofas.

The villa boasts a total of seven light and airy bedrooms, complete with soaring wooden beams, elegant furnishings and sparkling ensuite bathrooms. Impressive artwork lines the walls, whilst opulent fabrics are draped over the beds. One charming king-size bedroom is on the ground floor, with four further king-size bedrooms to be found on the first floor - one of which can be made into a twin upon request. The remaining two king-size bedrooms can be found in a separate annexe, ideal for a small family or anyone within the group craving an extra level of privacy.

Hit the gym for your morning workout or play a game in the snooker room - there is plenty to keep everyone entertained here. Nestled within the jaw-dropping region of Chianti, there are countless world-class vineyards surrounding the villa, a 'must-visit' for any wine lovers. In just 40 minutes you will reach the historical city of Florence, ideal for Renaissance art and history enthusiasts.

Everything is beautiful about this villa. The home and grounds are impeccable. Arsen and the rest of the staff make this a memorable stay in Tuscany. onefinestay was professional and accommodating. Their suggestions for our chef, restaurants or helping with just about anything were excellent. Wish we knew just how beautiful it was, we could have easily stayed another week!

    • Pool heating in April up to mid-May and October: €1,000 per week

    • Cook service_ No third-party suppliers allowed: the services will be provided by the villa management and in-house staff

    • Personal laundry & ironing
    • Visitor's tax: The Italian government might require the payment of a Visitor’s Tax (approximately €1.50 – €5.00 per person, per day) and may be applied for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable locally, in Euro cash.
    • Please note that parties, weddings, or large gatherings are not permitted at the property unless expressly authorised in writing in advance. The number of guests occupying the property must not exceed the number agreed in the booking. Rates are based on the confirmed occupancy, and additional fees may apply for extra guests.
    • Any incidental charges, such as cribs, extra beds, grocery pre-stocking, etc. should be settled prior to departure. Please note that unpaid charges and/or utilities (where applicable) cannot be deducted from the security deposit.
    • Any special services arranged through our Concierge or destination management partners are subject to their own cancellation policies and related penalties.
    • Lastly, please keep in mind that many properties are located in countryside areas. While most homes are equipped with A/C and door/window screens, occasional encounters with insects may occur. Keeping food covered and not leaving it out on counters is highly recommended.
