A picturesque villa nestled into the Tuscan hills, Aiola Villa is a relaxing Italian retreat. Beautifully designed gardens have been immaculately pampered, with pristine lawns and fragrant flowers. A dazzling turquoise swimming pool awaits, lined by red and white striped sun chairs - the perfect spot for an Aperol Spritz. The enchanting grounds overlook the luscious surroundings, with a football pitch perfect for children to play on and endless beautiful woodland to explore on long summer walks.

Warming traditional Tuscan colours elegantly decorate the interiors of the villa. A pale yellow covers the walls of the sophisticated sitting room, with opulent mustard-coloured sofas, plush cushions, and eye-catching art. Various other sitting rooms are ideal spots for cosy evenings watching a film or reading your favourite summer book.

A fully equipped rustic kitchen with red and cream tiles leads into a casual dining room for long lunches, whilst a jaw-dropping formal dining room with sweeping arched ceilings is a magnificent space for tucking into a delicious dinner of Italian delicacies cooked by a Tuscan chef. The magnificent wooden dining table is framed by cushion-strewn benches hewn into the stone walls - the perfect comfy spot to retire to once you’ve eaten your fill.

There are six charming ensuite bedrooms, with chirpy red and yellow walls and pretty floral fabrics. An abundance of light shines through the shutters and the soaring wooden beams create a warm ambience. The master bedroom has prominent curved floor to ceiling doors leading onto the pristine lawns, as well as stoned arched ceilings - a romantic haven.

The unspoiled medieval village of San Casciano dei Bagni is just ten minutes away by car and is one of the best-kept secrets of southern Siena with the historical Roman Spa offering therapeutic thermal spring waters and beauty treatments.
