Home Truths

• Allamanda can accommodate as many children as there are beds (2 adults and 10 children are possible).

• A nanny is required per 2 children if the ratio of children to adults is more than 2 to 1.

• Two Jamaican Brown Dogs live at Allamanda (Bonnie and Emily). They are both very friendly and are given free rein of the property at all times when the owners are in residence. If requested, however, the dogs can be kept in their ample dog run during the day and only let loose in the early evening to roam the property at night. Just let the staff know your preference.

• A 7-night, full-house rental is required for all holiday weeks which include Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Eve.

• Please note that while we strive to maintain all amenities in perfect working condition, Jacuzzis and hot tubs cannot be guaranteed. These units contain complex parts that may occasionally break down and can be challenging to replace promptly. We appreciate your understanding.

• Please note, a refundable security deposit may apply in addition to the nonrefundable damage waiver. Please inquire for more details.

• For rentals requiring a damage deposit exceeding $3,500 (typically 10% of the rental rate), an additional refundable deposit will be collected. This amount will be returned to guests, provided no damages occur during their stay.

• Shifting tides and weather patterns can cause the shoreline to vary from website images. Additionally, beaches may seasonally experience seaweed. For further details, please inquire directly.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $2000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
