This is our third time renting with onefinestay, they never disappoint. The agents I have worked with are responsive and the homes to rent are always lovely and highest standard.

Home Truths
Please note the Italian government might require the payment of a per person per day Visitor’s Tax depending on the location of the villa and may apply for the first seven days. This tax is payable locally, in Euros.
A weekly allowance for electrical consumption is included in rates. Any overage will be charged back at market rate + tax at checkout.
Owners may reside on the premises in separate quarters, guests’ privacy is guaranteed

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.
Deposit
Upon your arrival we will secure a €1500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
