Floor-to-ceiling glass windows open that indoor-outdoor ambience, creating a villa filled with natural light, astonishing views, and a sensation of space. Every detail has been meticulously taken care of, from the gorgeous infinity pool that seems to melt into the ocean to the home cinema for those movie nights to the estate's private helipad and moorings for arrivals by air or yacht.

Playa Morón is one of the Dominican Republic's best-kept secrets. This enchanting beach in a secluded cove surrounded by palm forests and farmland is a real treasure. There's added interest for anyone keen on history too. A stroll along the beach will bring you to the original 18th-century Napoleonic canons used by the French to defend this shoreline. Close by is Samaná, an enchanting town filled with independent stores, high-end dining, and the centre of the island's whale-watching tours. You may even see the occasional whale as you soak up the beautiful seascape from the ocean-front sun deck of Arrecife Beach House.
