Arrecife Royale is a modern-minimalist nine-bedroom villa located inside the prestigious Punta Cana Resort. The gated community of Punta Cana Resort is a 26-square-mile paradise with extensive facilities and activities, plus easy access to coral reefs, calm waters and white-sand beaches.

The villa is in walking distance of La Cana Club House with its pristine sandy beach, beachfront pool and restaurant. Inside Arrecife Royale, your first impression will be the large and light foyer, which sets the contemporary tone. The villa has been designed in a horseshoe shape, so it feels secluded and spacious. A sleek top-of-the-range kitchen is an impressive space for whipping up Caribbean favourites and there’s a large open-plan living/dining space with floor-to-ceiling glass windows to let the outside in.

Entertainment wise, you have a pool table, ping pong and foosball, or if you prefer to work out there’s a high-spec home gym with a treadmill and free weights. The pool is a delightful spot for taking a dip or lounging poolside with a zesty cocktail in hand, and the outdoor space also includes a dining terrace for leisurely lunches.

Seven of the nine ensuite bedrooms are housed on the upper floor. These include three master bedrooms which have access to a hot tub on the terrace, three double rooms and a family room with two queen beds and two twin bunk beds. Downstairs, there’s a king room and a twin room. This large modern villa is ideal for stylish family gatherings in the beautiful Dominican Republic.
