The indoor and outdoor living spaces of Bajan Heights blend beautifully, with a free-flowing design that seamlessly connects every room. Inside, the main living room provides a welcome break from the beating sun. Quick snacks and lunches can be enjoyed in the gourmet kitchen, complete with a gorgeous marble-topped breakfast bar.

Experience island living at its finest from the sun-drenched veranda, offering a choice of several seating areas to sit back and enjoy those dreamy vistas. Nearby is the wonderful al fresco dining area, seating up to ten guests.

A series of steps lead down to the pool deck and private lawned gardens, giving you even more space to make the most of the glorious Caribbean sunshine. On the deck, you’ll find a covered wet bar and a powder room on either side - as well as a choice of casual dining spaces set under the swaying palms.

Three bedrooms can be found on the first floor. These rooms include a twin bedroom, a king-sized bedroom, and an impressive master suite with a plush king-sized bed and a private patio overlooking the gardens and coastline beyond.

An additional guest bedroom is located on the ground floor, fitted with a beautiful four-poster king-sized bed. The fifth bedroom is set within a separate guest cottage on the pool deck, featuring a private patio and a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom.
