This stylish and modern home is situated on Grace Bay Beach, one of the world’s most beautiful beaches. With some of the finest reefs for snorkelling moments away and just ten minutes from the airport, the aptly named Beach Kandi is ideally located indeed.

The white sand beach has been incorporated into the very essence of Beach Kandi and is one of the first things you notice upon entering the stunning villa. The front garden stretches seamlessly into the sugary sands, while the walls and windows of every room open up to the glorious ocean views.

Wake up and admire the sun rising over the stunning seascape from bed before taking an invigorating morning swim in the ocean right on your very doorstep. Towel off and sip a steaming coffee at the sit-up bar. The kitchen itself is drenched in light with a large sliding window behind the work surface which can be completely opened to enjoy sounds of the swaying palms outside. This space merges effortlessly with the dining room and beautifully decorated living room, leading out to the pool through a ten-foot glass sliding wall with spectacular views of the beach and the gleaming ocean. The clever use of the doors opens up the home, elegantly blending indoor and outdoor living, inviting the sea breezes into the space.

A rainbow of colours appears in flashes throughout the home, both in the furnishings and exquisite artworks, enhancing the tropical feel. The colour palette in this villa satisfies even the most discerning design lover and compliments the vivid sunsets that this part of Turks and Caicos is renowned for. Both bedrooms have impressive panoramas of the bright turquoise sea and oversized, free-standing bathtubs to soak lavishly in. On the pool level lies one bedroom with direct pool and beach access, while the second bedroom features upper level views of the sea and a spacious sun-kissed balcony.

The home is within walking distance of local restaurants and shops, Turtle Cove Marina as well as a tennis and golf club. Villa Beach Kandi is well suited to a romantic getaway for two or for a small family.

Sandra was amazing. Didn't hover or bother us every day but anytime we reached out she responded time and professionally. I told her I wish she could come back to the states with us and help organize or lives!!! In terms of the house the views were beautiful and amazing. I truly believe Beach Kandi has one of the best overall views on the beach.
