Check-in: from 4:00 PM. We'll meet you at the home on arrival at your convenience.

Check-out: by 10:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

House Rules

Non-smoking. No vaping. Minimum age of 25. Pets not allowed unless specified. Guests must sign rental agreement with Moving Mountains with additional terms and conditions. No events, parties, weddings or amplified music are permitted. Check-in 4pm – Check-out 10 am unless otherwise approved. All guests staying at One Steamboat Place agree to pay the onsite Service fee. Quiet time is 7pm – 7am. Avoid wearing shoes indoors. Guest must follow parking rules.

Home Truths

Please note this chalet does not have air-conditioning. This chalet can be kept cool during the summer by opening the windows after the sun goes down and keeping the windows and blinds closed during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans keeps the airflow moving and additional fans can be found in the bedroom closets. If air-conditioning is a must, units may be available for rent for an additional fee.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
