Borgo S. Lorenzo is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom home in the heart of Florence. White-painted, with slick contemporary furnishings, vivid turquoise accessories and striking zigzag floor tiles, this home’s open-plan living area is a serene and stylish space. The decor is simple, yet refined, drawing the eye towards the apartment’s windows and the showstopping views of Florence’s most iconic buildings.

Both the second bedroom (at the top of a unique transparent staircase) and the master are just as gorgeous. Even the terrace, with its marble table and white-cushioned sofas, all overlooking the city’s celebrated Duomo, is thoughtfully designed. Outside, the streets are lined with shops, bars and restaurants, and you’ll find a fair few museums and monuments within walking distance too. San Lorenzo bus stop is a one-minute walk.

This was a beautiful apartment, just as the pictures looked. Host was fantastic and let us stay till 1pm on day of departure. Highly recommend!
