A sand and sunset-hued hideaway set right on the ocean’s edge, Breezy Villa welcomes in the sunshine and sea breezes and yet provides a wonderfully secluded space of simple decadence and comfort. Combining a classical exterior with contemporary cubist interiors, this villa is characterised by gleaming white walls and dazzling picture windows: perfect for making the most out of your wonderful surroundings.

Located only 15 minutes from the airport and just ten minutes from the vibrant town of Providenciales, Breezy Villa is also close to Leeward Marina for boat excursions and fine dining. Five minutes will see you to Long Bay Beach and only ten minutes will take you to the famous shining sands of Grace Bay Beach. Back at the villa, a lovely private path leads to a miniature dock with your own personal kayaks on hand to explore the turquoise waters and the wonders they hold.

Chic contemporary furnishings are set off beautifully by the pure white walls in the large open living space, which boasts an entertainment area of deliciously soft sofas, a plasma TV and a media library. The gourmet kitchen is filled with state-of-the-art appliances with a charming breakfast bar to the side. An elegant dining table makes a perfect setting for a formal meal. Three ensuites have French doors, which open directly to the deck and views beyond, whilst a fourth bedroom sits in its own private cottage.

The villa wraps its arms around the sumptuous deck, which contains the sparkling infinity pool which seems to blend into the ocean beyond. You’ll also find a shaded dining area and plenty of sun-beds nestled on this capacious deck - ideal for lazy days spent soaking up the rays. Best of all is the gorgeous outdoor kitchen, complete with top-of-the-range BBQ, and the lovely sociable seating area, which gazes out over the shimmering waters.
