Check-in: from 4:00 PM. We'll meet you at the home on arrival at your convenience.
Check-out: by 10:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
House Rules
Smoking/vaping is not allowed inside the home or within 50 ft of the property. Guests will be responsible for deep cleaning fees for smoking in the residence.
Please refrain from wearing outdoor footwear in the residence.
A city noise ordinance is in effect from 7pm to 7am daily.
Please store your skis, snowboards, boots and poles in the garage.
The parking policies are extremely important. Please make note of the parking guidelines in this manual and contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Please note that due to the location of this chalet a 4WD vehicle is recommended during the winter season.
ID Check
Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.
Deposit
A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
