Home Truths
- Staff is available between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Any services requested outside of these hours will incur an additional fee. Additionally, please be aware that the property staff primarily speaks Spanish.
- The reservation holder must be 26 years or older.
- Identification for all guests must be provided at least 48 hours before arrival. A resort registration fee (not included in the rental rate) is due upon arrival. This fee provides each guest with a Casa de Campo ID card for resort and facility access.
- Shifting tides and weather patterns can cause the shoreline to vary from website images. Additionally, beaches may seasonally experience seaweed. For further details, please inquire directly.
