Located on the postcard-perfect coastline of the Baja California peninsula, Casa Aqua Blanca is a seven-bedroom villa that boasts breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez and unbeatable access to a host of local attractions and activities. A fantastic choice for families, friends and children, the villa has a spacious and inviting pool with water slides and can comfortably sleep up to 14 guests.

Approximately a 15-minute drive south of the laidback, culinary hotspot of San José del Cabo and 25 minutes north of the party city of San Lucas, Casa Aqua Blanca is part of the private Punta Bella community. As well as visiting local landmarks like the iconic Land's End, guests can participate in surfing, scuba diving, sailing, fishing and various water sports. Several excellent golf courses are within easy reach, and many spas, beach clubs and shopping opportunities are yours to indulge in.

Casa Aqua Blanca is a distinctly modern villa with a relaxed, contemporary feel. The main lounge and dining space benefit from an open-plan design and are finished in a crisp white and enlivened with large wall-hanging artworks. Sofas and armchairs provide a comfortable social space, while the fully-equipped kitchen contains all the appliances guests need to prepare lavish lunchtime feasts. The lounge opens onto the terrace, which includes a sizable alfresco dining table.

The villa's seven bedrooms benefit from an indulgent finish that guarantees total comfort for your stay. Six decadent rooms feature king-size beds, and the seventh includes a queen-size. All bedrooms benefit from ensuites and sumptuously soft bed linen. Many of the bedrooms lead onto terraces, where guests will find an abundance of outdoor seating and the most beautiful ocean views.

The villa's centrepiece is the expansive outdoor pool. Two twirling water slides begin on the upper-floor terrace and culminate in a big splash in the pool. A hot tub and sun loungers invite relaxation while the children play.

A circular shaded bar provides the perfect location for a refreshing afternoon cocktail. As your day winds down, the rooftop firepit creates a warm glow and backdrop to your evenings as you relax and soak up the ocean views. An in-house fitness centre also ensures active guests get their morning workouts in.
