Stately and elegant, the home boasts total Caribbean charm beneath grand vaulted ceilings made from Brazilian cherry hardwood. Almost an entire wall of the great room disappears, opening up onto the sun-dappled terrace and immaculate lawn. Soft sun loungers overlook the gorgeous curved saltwater pool – complete with diving board – whose cerulean waters almost appear to flow into the ocean beyond.

With impeccable service from the villa’s butler, caretaker, chef and gardener, Casa de la Playa offers everything you’ll need to spend your days however you wish. Show off your skills in a game of billiards, enjoy a ditty around the grand piano, or head up to the rooftop patio, where you can lie back on a plush daybed and take in the spectacular sea views, Saba and other neighbouring islands visible on the horizon. Come evening, sit down to dine al fresco on the terrace, then gather together for an immersive film in the villa’s beautiful garden cinema.
