Casa del Agua is an oceanfront destination all of its own. This beautiful villa is located in Puerto Aventuras, just 45 minutes from Cancun International Airport in the heart of the mesmerizing archaeological sites and natural parks found in the Yucatán Peninsula.

The exquisite villa boasts a breathtaking 40-foot thatched roof, adding to the tropical feel of the space. Folding doors and windows open out from the living area onto the large terrace offering sensational views of the private beach and turquoise, calm waters. Spend the sun-kissed days snorkelling, kayaking or diving in the gin-clear waters that are teeming with colourful marine life. During golden hour, laze in the hammocks or dangle your feet in the refreshing pool before dining al fresco with astonishing views across the indigo horizon.

Light streams into the villa from all angles and is enhanced by the soothing white stucco walls. Beautifully handcrafted furniture, doors and windows combined with colourful hand-woven Mexican textiles adds to the bright and vibrant atmosphere of the space - the stunning skylight set against rustic wooden beams in one of the magnificent ensuite bathrooms, as well as countless balcony spaces, adds to the indoor meets outdoor feel. The villa transports guests away from the everyday and into a magical realm of nature and design.

This feeling of timelessness can also be seen in the four chic bedrooms, each tastefully designed with private bathrooms; fall asleep to the sound crashing waves of the Caribbean Sea in a plush king-sized bed. Within a five-minute drive, you have access to the shops, restaurants, and nightlife of the Puerto Aventuras Marina. The city of Cancun is an hour away and world-class golf courses are just nearby.
