Located behind the gates of the exclusive community of Bahia Rocas - one of the first and largest private estates in the area - the beautiful eight-bedroom home oozes opulence, style, comfort and traditional charm.

Casa Edwards is an exquisite beachfront home nestled amongst the palm trees with gardens that cascade down to the golden sands of a private beach and sweeping views out across the Sea of Cortez. Built in the same traditional style as the neighbouring luxury resort and golf club, One & Only Palmilla, the villa is finished with clay-tiled roofs, whitewashed walls, decorative fountains and colourful handmade tiles. The home - located on the Baja Peninsula - is designed to entertain and socialise, with expansive outdoor spaces for fun barbecue get-togethers with family and friends, dinner parties under the stars, cocktail parties and sunset soirées.

Its own little oasis of tranquillity and grandeur, Casa Edwards is spread across multi-level ocean-view terraces and gardens. Relax in one of many outdoor lounge areas or bask in the sunshine by the large infinity pool or bubble in the whirling jets of the hot tub, pull up a stool at the outdoor palapa bar for an afternoon cocktail or gather around the gas fire pit to share stories and laugh the evening away with your guests. The estate has a huge lawn for children to run and play, an outdoor kitchen and barbecue for al fresco cooking and dining, as well as one of the largest private gyms in Cabo, and a sauna. The private stretch of beach is the perfect place for a game of volleyball, building sandcastles, paddling in the cool water or taking a romantic stroll. There’s an abundance of areas to relax and unwind from hammocks that swing in the ocean breeze to cosy seats around the fire pit, plush loungers lining the pool and buried into the sand, as well as large day beds.

All eight ensuite bedrooms face out to the sea so guests can enjoy the sunshine sparkling in the waves and come complete with sliding doors that open onto pretty patios and sunkissed balconies. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub, private terrace and walk-in closet. There are four guest bedroom suites with king-size beds, one with a queen and two with twin beds. There’s also a fully-equipped kitchen, formal dining room with seating for 12 and a cosy lounge; all finished with designer furnishings, vibrant textiles and state-of-the-art appliances.

The villa is ideally located for visitors who want to explore the local area, just 200 m from Palmilla, 1 km to the shops, 1.5 km to the nearest golf course, and 3 km to the grocery store. The bustling restaurants and exciting bars of Cabo San Lucas - one of Mexico’s nightlife hotspots - are just a short drive away. If you’d prefer to stay at home and bring the fun to your doorstep, a chef or butler can be hired at an extra cost for an added layer of luxury.
