Tucked away on a beautiful beach, CasaZul gives guests all the benefits of a spacious, stylish villa with the advantage of privacy and seclusion. This villa in the gated community of Flamingos can host up to 28 guests across nine bedrooms and ten bathrooms, with guests able to wake up to sunshine and sea views from the villa's many ocean-facing balconies.

Just a stone's throw away from the sea, it offers direct beach access through a private doorway from the rear of the property. A private pool and open veranda showcase widescreen sea views, while a cocktail deck and outdoor dining area are perfect for entertaining and relaxing.

Cooling marble floors and stone wall accents complement the neutral décor throughout the villa. The six bedrooms in the main house feature a master bedroom with a king-size bed, two guest rooms with a single and two double beds, one guest room with a single and king-size bed, and an additional two guest rooms, each with two double and two single beds. A seventh bedroom benefits from direct access to the private beach and two queen-size beds. Finally, two further bedrooms, each housed in a separate bungalow, complete the line-up, offering two double beds each. Soft linens on each bed ensure superior comfort, while ensuites for every room provide the height of both opulence and convenience during your stay.

It's less than a 20-minute drive into the local town of Puerto Cancun, or hop on a boat for a 15-minute journey to Isla Mujeres, a small island off the coast that offers snorkelling or scuba diving in the coral reefs. For golf lovers, the Playa Mujeres Golf Club is half an hour's drive away. If you'd prefer to spend a day exploring the crystal-clear seawater on your doorstep, the villa has kayaks, life jackets and flotation devices.
