One of the largest farmhouses on the Casali di Casole estate, the villa boasts fantastic views from the terrace and features a striking interior that blends traditional Tuscan stonework and authentic Italian furnishings with a cool, contemporary style.

Nestled in the rolling hills of the Tuscan countryside to the west of Siena, the villa represents the ideal introduction to this breathtaking part of the world. Golden wheat fields give way to olive plantations and vineyards stretch across the slopes, while the region’s famous white roads crisscross it all. For a slice of real, rural Italian culture, head to one of the nearby hilltop towns. Fancy an adventure? The incredible trail network that winds through the landscape is great for hikers and cyclists. Nearby Siena is also a joy - its vibrant streets, world-class restaurants and phenomenal bakeries are sure to enchant.

Designed to sleep up to ten guests, Casale San Regolo’s five bedrooms are split across the main residence and a separate guest house. Four of the lavishly decorated rooms feature king-size beds, while the fourth is fitted with two queen size beds and a single bed. All of the bedrooms benefit from ensuite bathrooms, which are comfortable, spacious and equipped with free-standing baths. As well as a traditional farmhouse kitchen, the villa boasts a cosy living room with a working fireplace, a morning room and a gorgeous open-plan sitting and dining room.

Outside, the villa ensures you’re able to make the most of the fine Tuscan weather. A heated, glass-tiled infinity pool encourages year-round dips, while the wood-burning forno oven allows for adventurous outdoor cooking. Sun loungers are placed around the pool and al fresco dining furniture on the covered patio is perfect for evening feasts with the whole group.
