  • Heating if used is metered with a weekly allowance and overages charged at market rate on checkout.

  • Please note that the caretaker and gardener live in a separate annex on the estate. Guests’ privacy is guaranteed.

  • Please note the Italian government might require the payment of a per person per day Visitor’s Tax depending on the location of the villa and may apply for the first seven days. This tax is payable locally, in Euros.
