With a divine location and exquisite architecture, Clevelander is a six-bedroom villa nestled next to the pristine sands of Long Bay Beach. Built in 2018, this contemporary retreat blends elegant design with inviting, open-plan living space over two storeys. And sleeping up to 14 guests, it’s a haven for special family trips or holidays with friends.

Location-wise, this villa couldn’t be more idyllic. It’s set just a few steps away from the ice-white sands and crystalline waters of Long Bay Beach – a haven for watersports enthusiasts. You can hire jet skis here if you fancy an adrenaline rush, or just sit back and watch kite-surfers take to the water. The rest of the island’s easy to explore – there’s a peppering of restaurants within a few minutes’ drive, and Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club is just 10 minutes away by car.

The star of the show at Clevelander is the sleek, open-plan kitchen and dining area, which overlooks the gorgeous pool patio and the turquoise sea behind it. The fully appointed chef’s kitchen is replete with top-of-the-range appliances, like a Wolf Range cooker. When it comes to the bedrooms, you can expect modern, cosy setups all-round. All six feature king-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms, and the master bedroom comes with the added benefit of a walk-in wardrobe and an office space. Two of the bedrooms come with sea views, while another two show off their own terraces. Finally, you’ll find a media room located just off the main living area. It comes complete with a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, which means it could easily double up as a seventh bedroom.

Outside, there’s plenty to keep the whole family occupied – like a tennis court and a lavish pool with a shallow area for children to splash about in. The pool’s also kitted out with an in-water bench, which is the perfect spot to relax and take in the stunning sea views. Plus, sprawling terraces provide plenty of space for sunbathing and socialising. If you’re dreaming of the ideal Caribbean vacation, this ticks all the boxes.
