Cul-de-Sac is the quintessential St Barts location, surrounded by rolling tropical hills and with the island’s best beaches all within easy reach. At its heart is the magnificent Grand Cul-de-Sac Lagoon, a sparkling lagoon filled with natural wonder. This is a place to try water sports such as kite surfing and windsurfing - or you can go snorkelling in its calm waters, protected from the dramatic ocean beyond by a dazzling coral reef. Your dedicated concierge will be happy to arrange equipment hire and lessons if it's your first time on a windsurfing board.

Cosmos is a superb example of contemporary architecture enhanced with authentic traditional touches. Built over three levels, it creates multiple spaces for guests to find their own nook or to socialise with other guests in the large living areas. The use of neutral tones embellished with organic features such as natural wood gives the villa a comfortable, relaxed ambience. Next to the main living area is a bespoke gourmet kitchen where you can try your hand at a touch of Creole cooking or mix up a few cocktails to drink on the terrace. A formal dining space indoors is balanced by an informal al fresco space outside for those lazy brunches or evening BBQs.

All four bedrooms are air-conditioned and decorated in the same soft tones to create calm, quiet spaces where you can drift off into a restful night's sleep. The first bedroom is on the pool level with direct access to the main terrace and pool and an attractive ensuite with an Italian shower and indulgent soak tub. Bedrooms two and three both have spacious king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms with Italian showers, while bedroom four has two cosy twin beds that can also be converted into a king-size bed if required.

Outside, the large heated pool invites you to take an early-morning dip while the loungers on the terrace let you gaze out over the magnificent Marigot Bay and the hills beyond. Cosmos takes on a new personality at night as its state-of-the-art outdoor lighting mirrors the twinkling stars above: this is a villa that will call you back again and again.
