Located in the picturesque Fitts Village area of St James, guests are close to a diverse range of island adventures. Why not venture a little further offshore with a professionally guided snorkelling session at the Folkestone Marine Park? Here you’ll explore the colourful marine life and an artificial reef created on a shipwreck. Just up the coast from the villa is Holetown Beach where you can bounce across the waves on a banana boat or test out your balance on water skis. To reward your adventurous spirit, refuel at one of the beachfront restaurants and don’t forget a glass of the local rum punch (best served with your toes in the sand).

The villa accommodates up to eight guests across four contemporary and beautifully appointed ensuite bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a king-size bed and lead out onto balconies, offering idyllic ocean views. The third and fourth bedrooms come complete with double beds. Your personal chef will use the freshest locally sourced ingredients to whip up the most delicious meals for your family in the gourmet kitchen. With a beachfront dining gazebo in the villa grounds, the villa’s staff will ensure evening meals in this tropical haven are magical.
