You'll find Frontage Road in Little Bavaria, a charming alpine neighbourhood which offers guests a wonderful slice of Germany in the heart of Vail. It's a prime place to stay if you plan to make the most of the town's legendary winter sports offering. Skiers and snowboarders will love being just steps from a gondola and the Born Free Lift 8, while there's a host of venues on the chalet's doorsteps where you can tuck into delicious gourmet cuisine.

Frontage Road's welcoming kitchen boasts top-spec appliances and a central island with five plush breakfast stools for casual meals. You could also sit down as a group at the vast table in the dining room or savour your food al fresco on the main balcony. If you'd like a break from cooking, the much-loved Vail Chophouse conveniently sits one floor below, while room service is available throughout the day from the Tavern.

Rustic wood touches, leather furnishings and a roaring log fire make the chalet's living room the ultimate place to relax and unwind. If you're visiting outside of the winter months, why not spend your evenings watching the sunset over the peaks from the balcony?

Each of the four bedrooms of Frontage Road features a warm and comforting decor and benefits from a host of indulgent extras, from gas fireplaces and flatscreen TVs to private balconies. Two king-size bedrooms situated on the mountainside of the chalet are in prime position to soak up the sensational views from their private balconies. The first guest room features two spacious queen beds with an ensuite bathroom, fireplace and desk to create a retreat from the rest of the chalet, which can be locked off. A place to inspire play and adventure for the younger guests, the bunk room features four rustic wood twin beds. Extra guests can slumber in the den room with a queen bed and large TV.

Head to the building's shared rooftop pool for a swim and soak in the hot tub, or seek the spa facilities for that all-important relaxation time.
