From its perch on a quaint cobblestone passage in Belgravia, Groom Place is an intimate and stylish three-bedroom, two-bathroom home that gives visitors a chance to experience quintessential London at its best.
Unfolding over three floors, the home - ideal for a family or a group of adults - is anchored by the kitchen and dining room on the lower ground level, with the living room and bedrooms on the floors above. The master bedroom is a particular delight, with its burnt-orange and dusty-pink tones, working fireplace and ensuite bathroom, which comes complete with a roll-top bath.
The interiors meticulously show off the owners' polished taste and love of antique pieces, such as the restored dining table from the 1720s, which are mixed with modern furnishings, an extensive art collection, and high-end fixtures and fittings that have been considered down to the finest of details.
The home has access to nearby Belgrave Square's communal garden, and it is also on the same street as the charming Horse and Groom pub, as well as the Michelin-starred Muse by chef Tom Aikens. Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park are also a short stroll away, as are Knightsbridge, Sloane Square and Victoria Underground stations.

- The house across the road from this home is undergoing an extensive refurbishment. Noise will be heard between the hours of 8AM and 6PM, Monday - Friday, and 8AM - 1PM on Saturdays.
