Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

House Rules

For larger groups, corporate Retreats, Weddings and Events Hacienda Del Mar may also be rented with the sister villa Hacienda Corazon next door. For Easter, Thanksgiving, President and Holiday weeks - the minimum rental is 10 bedrooms (for these weeks reservations are Saturday - Saturday).

  • Please note that the Riviera Maya may be affected by various changing currents and seasonal weather causing higher than normal amounts of seaweed on beaches.

  • Shifting tides and weather patterns can cause the shoreline to vary from website images. Additionally, beaches may seasonally experience seaweed. For further details, please inquire directly.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
