Hainoa Estates 128 has a regal air, with the open living areas decorated in a classical style. The flow between sections of the open-plan layout is flawless, transitioning from inside to outdoors, from the dining area to the sun loungers. A fully equipped chef's kitchen and outdoor BBQ allow guests to choose between formal or informal al fresco dining. Evening entertainment is taken care of with a media room for film nights with the family.

The four bedrooms continue the traditional themes and embellish them with bespoke artwork and custom furniture. The primary suite has a king-size bed, ensuite, and a charming outdoor garden shower. The two guestrooms in the main villa have a queen-size bed and two full-size beds, respectively. One room boasts a second outdoor shower, while the twin double has a private lanai with a stunning ocean view. The final king-size bedroom is in the guest cottage, with an ensuite, private wet bar and outdoor garden shower.

Hainoa Estates 128 has the advantage of a large garden and a sparkling private pool. The sun terrace is the place to watch the sunset with a cool mai tai cocktail in hand.
