Split across two premium quality villas, the layout includes 11 bedrooms and welcomes up to 22 people. Every detail has been thought of in a complex that includes the option of a personal chef and full housekeeping. All you have to do is sit back, relax, order another rum cocktail, and take in those incredible views.

St Barts is a small island, but it manages to pack in plenty of personality and interest. The forest-covered interior leads down to beaches renowned for sugar-soft sands and crystal-clear waters. The Trade Winds keep the temperatures a little cooler, making it the ideal place for exploring in comfort. Towns are filled with boutique shopping, galleries and restaurants serving up some of the spiciest and most delicious Creole food in the Caribbean. The fusion of French and Afro-Caribbean culture makes St Barts unique.

Il Faro Estate feels almost like a Roman villa in its design. Surrounded by hills and spectacular ocean views, it’s secluded and tranquil. The living spaces are understated and elegant, with neutral tones offset by the sheer beauty of the ocean panorama. Both villas have gourmet kitchens, and you’ll find outdoor eating areas so everyone can come together. The bedrooms are split across the two villas. Six bedrooms are located in villa Il Faro and have king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms. A seventh bedroom is a single and would suit a solo guest or staff member. Villa Lo Scogilo has four bedrooms with king-size beds. One of the bedrooms is in a separate bungalow for complete privacy.

Outside there are two pools, one of which is made from ancient lava stone. Two jacuzzis ease tired muscles at the end of the day, and a fitness room and separate massage suite are also available. The Il Faro Estate is ideally suited for large groups who want total seclusion and a villa complex of the very highest quality, complete with sunsets that will make every day unforgettable.
