Perfect for a large family celebration or reunion with friends, the villa's form embraces the landscape, complementing the natural beauty of the surroundings with sublime architectural design and sumptuous interiors.

Tucked away on the northern tip of Grand Cayman, Cayman Kai is a relaxed, secluded neighbourhood where the soft waves of the ocean and the wind rustling the palm trees are the only sounds you’ll hear. The lagoon and white sand beaches are protected from the Trade Winds, making this an ideal location for water sports or simply lazing on the sugar-soft sand. Evenings are filled with as much or as little excitement as you want, with the legendary music and rum punch cocktails of the Rum Point Club just yards away from your villa doorstep.

Kaiku makes the most of every feature, with a large private beach and enchanting interiors that merge effortlessly with the outdoor living areas. The villa is split between two buildings, with the majority of the bedrooms and the primary living and cooking areas in the main villa. Here, you'll find an ample living space with a screened porch that opens onto the sun deck and the lagoon's turquoise waters. A professional standard kitchen offers every facility you could wish for, with top-of-the-range appliances and a large dining area for those leisurely family meals.

The main villa’s six bedrooms include a serene master suite with a king-size bed and balcony with an ocean view on the lower level and four bedrooms on the upper floor consisting of three queen-size bedrooms and an additional king-size suite. A unique Zen Garden suite includes a queen-size bed and access to the blissful serenity of the Zen garden. The private guest cottage is made for couples or small groups who would like a little extra privacy and sleeps up to six guests with a king-size master bedroom and a guest bunk room with four twin bunk beds. The guest cottage also has its own kitchen and living areas.

Outside, the gorgeous sun terrace is dominated by a freshwater pool, heated spa, and outdoor dining and living areas. The garden leads down to a private beach and dock with a thatched cabana. Kaiku is an utterly charming bespoke villa that represents the very best of Caribbean living, surrounded by the natural wonders of Grand Cayman.
