The Turks and Caicos Islands are justifiably famous for their incredible beaches, where warm, blue water caresses white, powder-soft sand. Long Bay Beach is one of the best, situated on Provo's southern shore and the perfect location for windsurfing and kitesurfing. If you prefer more land-based activities, the Provo Golf Club offers plenty of fast fairways, challenging sand traps, and putting that will test even the most experienced golfer. Your dedicated concierge can arrange preferential teeing-off times or that one-to-one kitesurfing lesson for a real adrenaline rush.

The use of lush planting and natural materials softens the contemporary design of Kailoa Villa. Step through the dramatic signature pivoting door, and you walk into a light, bright, and airy interior that has plenty of flair and character. The living areas utilise an open-plan design, and with cathedral-like ceilings and acres of glass, they are flooded with sunlight. The dining area and beautifully designed kitchen share the same space as the social areas, allowing guests to enjoy one another's company even when preparing a meal.

On the upper level are the four bedrooms, each soothingly decorated in soft neutrals and oatmeal tones, accented with carefully chosen timber and bespoke artworks. The primary suite indulges guests with a king-size bed and an Ipe timber balcony that gives you that show-stopping Caribbean beachfront view. A walk-in shower room and separate soak tub form part of the ensuite, and the copious amounts of space in the walk-in closet mean you don't have to travel light to this destination. Two further guestrooms have king-size beds and attractive ensuites, while younger guests will love the bunk room with cosy beds and their own ensuite.

Outside, the choice is whether to do your early morning laps in the sparkling infinity pool or walk through the soft sand and wild swim just yards from your sun terrace. Evenings pass soaking in the hot tub while the kids have their very own shallow pool to splash about in. If you want to get to grips with kitesurfing, a discreet launch area is situated in the beachfront area - or work up a sweat on the tennis and pickleball court.
