Translating to “the beautiful life” from Italian, La Bella Vita is a private retreat in the exclusive and residential neighbourhood of Virgin Grand Estates in St John. As you step onto the sun-drenched terrace, it’s very easy to see why this charming villa gained its moniker. Sip cocktails at the outdoor bar, or lie back in the refreshing waters of the large swimming pool - everything at La Bella Vita has been designed with complete relaxation in mind.

From the terrace, you can enjoy breathtaking views of St John’s west end, all the way to St Thomas and beyond. Plenty of comfortable outdoor seating surrounds the pool terrace, along with an al fresco dining area. As you might expect, glorious sunsets can also be enjoyed here - gaze in awe as the sky lights up in deep, fiery hues while the sun sinks beyond the horizon.

Inside, the open-plan living and dining area allows you to cool off in comfort. Expertly designed by a professional chef, the gourmet kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up delicious meals. Four sumptuous master suites can also be found within, each with their own outdoor shower - beautifully enclosed by native stone walls.

Should you want a break from the total solitude of La Bella Vita, the lively town of Cruz Bay is a short 10-minute drive down the road. Here, you’ll get to enjoy an excellent choice of bars and restaurants, serving up traditional island delights with plenty of live Caribbean music.
