The open-plan living spaces and spacious al fresco decks offer outstanding views of the sparkling ocean beyond, tempting you to Long Bay and Cupecoy Beach, just a couple of minutes away.

The gentle waters at these beaches are perfect for swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding, and there are little coves set among the cliffs where you can enjoy a quiet picnic in the soft white sand. The colourful harbour town of Marigot, ten minutes from the villa, is a feast for all the senses and a melting pot of Caribbean and European influences. Explore bustling markets selling rum, spices, and local crafts then head to one of the waterfront fine dining restaurants to explore the fresh, rich flavours of Creole cuisine.

Set beneath vaulted Spanish ceilings and warmed by earthy terracotta tile floors, La Hacienda’s living spaces are a dream for entertaining large groups. It’s hard to resist the allure of the sumptuous white sofas in the living room or a stroll through the pocket doors to the outdoor lounge. The villa’s contemporary kitchen benefits from ample workspace, with a generous island and breakfast bar for fun communal cooking sessions. Take a step down to the traditional dining area or feast al fresco to the sound of tropical birdsong.

Each of La Hacienda’s seven bedrooms offers a tranquil retreat with their sublimely soft colour palettes and warm wooden accents. There are two ensuite king-size bedrooms each in a self-contained casita (one being the primary suite). Connected to the entrance level are two bedrooms – one is king-size, and the other is a twin. These share an elegant bathroom and make the ideal set-up for a young family. Finally, there are three king-size ensuite bedrooms in a separate wing. Each bedroom in the villa benefits from access to a shared terrace for peaceful nightcaps under the stars.

Multi-level wooden decks wrap around the villa, treating guests to lovely ocean-view dining and lounging opportunities. As guests relax around the large pool, fire up the BBQ and settle in for another spectacular Caribbean sunset at the captivating La Hacienda.
