Home Truths

• The third bedroom, featuring a bunk bed and a single bed, accommodates a maximum of two adults and one child.

• The shared pickleball court is located on the left side of the property and is accessed by neighbors via a discreet path to ensure your privacy remains undisturbed. If you would prefer exclusive use of the court during your stay, please let us know before you arrive, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

• Shifting tides and weather patterns can cause the shoreline to vary from website images. Additionally, beaches may seasonally experience seaweed. For further details, please inquire directly.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $2000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
