The beautiful La Sorgente embodies the meeting point between old-world rustic warmth and timeless Italian glamour. Nestled on a hillside, the villa offers remarkable panoramas across the Tuscan countryside and nearby olive groves in a secluded spot between Lucca and the coast.

A design lover’s dream, once an olive mill and barn the home has now been meticulously restored and the spaces are connected by a large entrance hall and terrace. Attention has been given to using only traditional materials - wood-beamed ceilings feature throughout, adding charm to the six-bedroom villa. The well-appointed open-plan kitchen and dining room boast spectacular views across the rolling countryside. An additional dining room and formal living space can also be found in the home. Aspiring chefs will be inspired by the scenery when creating mouthwatering Italian dishes for loved ones.

The expansive grounds are simply exquisite. Dine al fresco in the shaded pergola with the scent of pine trees and flora flowing from the manicured gardens. Take a dip in the saltwater swimming pool flanked by striking cypress trees and sunbathe in total privacy by the expanse of blue. The immaculate grounds and terraces offer guests multiple nooks to enjoy the views of the countryside in total peace and tranquillity.

Retire, after a day exploring all that the villa has to offer, to one of six superbly-appointed bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. Three twin rooms can be found in La Sorgente, making the layout of the villa well-suited to families or groups of friends alike.

    HOUSE RULES

    • Arrival time is on Saturday between 4 pm and 7 pm (after 8 pm a fee of € 50 is required and after 10 pm the fee is € 100. Any late arrival has to be agreed in advance).
    • TOURIST TAX
    • Tourist tax is applied in most Italian municipalities. This tax is by law to be fully paid by the holidaymakers. The amount varies from municipality to municipality and it must be paid upon arrival directly to the caretaker /owner. Unfortunately, the amount may be subject to change even after the booking is confirmed.
    • Arrival between 16:00 and 19:00
    • Departure within 10:00
    • Pool open from 15 May to 30 September
