Guests enter the villa via a small pergola and are greeted by a verdant corridor that leads toward the sumptuous living areas. With an inviting half-moon infinity pool, bar and gazebo. La Sultana’s expansive grounds are highlighted by African accents and local details. But it’s those stunning views that are the big draw, including vistas of the Chavón River, which flows into the azure waters of the Caribbean Sea. The sea itself is just a short stroll from the villa, where guests have access to a private beach, with the bustling marina only a few steps away.

La Sultana has five magnificent bedrooms, all overlooking the interior gardens. The ground floor bedroom features a king-size bed and nursery facilities for infants, while two of the second-level bedrooms feature two king-size beds each, leaving the third bedroom with a king-size bed, and a magical four-poster king-size bed in the master bedroom. This indulgent master bedroom has its own balcony, outstanding views over the marina and the Caribbean Sea, and a small living area.

This spectacular villa has spacious communal areas, whether for more formal dining or al fresco dining around the pool and tranquil gardens. There’s also a professional housekeeper, cook, and waiter who can provide you with exceptional meals from the fully-equipped modern kitchen throughout the day. The resort registration fee is subject to change and paid directly to CDC. Each person, when registered, will receive a Casa de Campo ID card, which will detail the guest's dates of stay. The ID card will grant the individual named on the card access to the resort, as well as the use of various facilities. For complete fees and details please inquire with your agent.
